By subscribing to the “Automacija” service, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) between you and T&T Enterprise LLC (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Company”). These Terms apply to your use of the Automacija website (“Site”), any related services provided on the Site, and your subscription to the Automacija service.

1. OWNERSHIP AND OPERATION OF WEBSITE

The website under the domain “automacija.com” is owned and operated by T&T Enterprise LLC.

2. MEMBERSHIP

Automacija is a private premium education and community platform focused on AI workflow automations. It is designed for individuals who are serious about AI and automation and who understand that results don’t happen overnight. By subscribing to Automacija, you will receive access to exclusive technical lessons, live calls, and community support.

3. FEES & PAYMENTS

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

The user is required to make a payment according to the selected Automation Services package. The following payment options are available:

1. One-time payment – 97 EUR
   This option includes one-time access to a specific set of features or services, with no recurring charges.

2. One-time payment – 147 EUR
   This option provides extended access or an advanced service package, also without recurring charges.

3. Monthly subscription – 14 EUR
   By activating the subscription, the user agrees to an automatic monthly charge of 14 EUR for as long as the subscription remains active.
   The user may cancel the subscription at any time through their user account or by contacting support. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the already billed period. Refunds for previously processed monthly charges are not available.

By purchasing any package, the user acknowledges that they are aware of the prices, billing methods, and conditions applicable to the purchased services.

4. REFUNDS

Automacija is a digital AI workflow automation education and community service provided by T&T Enterprise LLC.

Purchases Before 18 November 2025

All purchases made before 18 November 2025 are final and non-refundable under all circumstances.

Refunds for Purchases Made on or After 18 November 2025

Refunds are possible only under the following strict conditions:

You may request a refund 90 days after your purchase date, but only if all of the following requirements are fully met and verifiable:

1. You did not find at least one (1) client using the methods taught inside Automacija.

2. You have completed the entire course, including all video lessons.

3. You recorded yourself creating at least one automation workflow in n8n on camera, using the knowledge gained from the course.

4. You provided proof of actively trying to get clients, such as:

   • Screenshots of outreach messages

   • Proof of cold calls (recordings or logs)

   • Evidence of attempts to book meetings or pitch services

5. You have been actively communicating in the Discord community, including:

   • Asking for help when needed

   • Helping other members

   • Sharing your learning progress

6. Upsells, upgrade packages, or additional premium offers are strictly non-refundable.
   Refund conditions apply only to the main Automacija course purchase.

If any condition listed above is not fully met, your refund request will be denied.

5. COMMUNITY ACCESS

Upon purchase, you will gain access to Automacija’s exclusive community, which includes educational materials, live group calls, mentoring sessions, and support. This community is hosted on the Discord platform.

6. SHARING

Your membership in Automacija is for personal use only. Sharing your access with others is prohibited. If we detect unauthorized sharing, we reserve the right to revoke your access to the community without prior notice.

7. SCREENSHOTS AND RECORDINGS

Recording, screenshotting, or taking photos of any content within the Automacija community is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of access to the platform.

8. NO “GET-RICH-QUICK” PROMISES

Automacija provides education that helps you understand AI workflow automation. However, no one can guarantee fast financial results. Success depends on your effort, learning, and consistent application of the teachings.

9. NO FINANCIAL GUARANTEES

Automacija provides education and community support, but we do not offer any financial guarantees. Your financial success depends on your dedication and application of the provided knowledge.

10. MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES

Members are responsible for their own progress and success. Automacija provides content, support, and mentorship, but it is up to you to apply the information in real life. Automacija does not guarantee specific outcomes.

11. USE OF COMMUNITY MATERIALS

By participating in the Automacija community, you grant T&T Enterprise LLC the right to use any material you post or share within the private group (including text, images, or videos) for promotional purposes on our website and official social media channels. We will not disclose personal information without consent.

12. UPDATES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

We may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use Automacija after changes are made, you agree to the updated Terms.
